Ancak, g\u00fcndelik kullan\u0131m\u0131 olmayan yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme tesisatlar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m ve kontrolleri bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletmede unutulmakta ve yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda bunun bedeli a\u011f\u0131r olmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, sistemin projeye ve binan\u0131n gereklerine uygun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumda olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak, varsa eksiklerin tespit edilip giderilmesini sa\u011flamak \u00fczere yang\u0131n tesisatlar\u0131n\u0131n periyodik kontrolleri en ge\u00e7 y\u0131lda 1 kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>\u0130\u015f\u00a0yerlrinde\u00a0\u00f6nemli ihtiya\u00e7lardan birisi de havaland\u0131rma ve iklimlendirme tesisatlar\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015f yerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ve makinalar\u0131n hava ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131, kirlenmi\u015f havan\u0131n uygun \u015fekilde uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131; ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131k, nem ve hava ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak sa\u011flanmas\u0131 havaland\u0131rma ve iklimlendirme tesisat\u0131n\u0131n uygun \u015fekilde kurulmas\u0131na ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Havaland\u0131rma ve klima tesisatlar\u0131n\u0131n da en ge\u00e7 y\u0131lda 1 kez periyodik olarak kontrolleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmelidir.<br \/>Bu gruptaki tesisatlar\u0131n periyodik kontrollerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye makina m\u00fchendisleri, makina ve metal b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunu teknik \u00f6\u011fretmenler, makina teknikerleri ve y\u00fcksek teknikerleri
