Bu sayede cihazlarda maddi hasar ve veri kayb\u0131 gibi istenmeyen sonu\u00e7lardan korunabilmeyi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>Topraklama \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve Kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn Gereklilikleri<br \/>Topraklama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve kontrol\u00fc, i\u015fletme b\u00fcnyesindeki topraklama tesisat\u0131n\u0131n etkinli\u011finin belirlenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>21.08.2001 tarih ve 24500 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren, Elektrik Tesislerinde Topraklamalar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi gere\u011fince, topraklama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve incelemelerinin, t\u00fcm tesislerde y\u0131ll\u0131k periyodik olarak tekrarlanmas\u0131 zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>Ayr\u0131ca, 25.04.2013 tarih ve 28628 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren, \u0130\u015f Ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u015eartlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin EK-III Tablo 3 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde topraklama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve incelemelerinin 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k periyotlar ile tekrarlanmas\u0131 zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>17.07.2013 tarih ve 28710 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u0130\u015fyeri Bina ve Eklentilerinde Al\u0131nacak Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u00d6nlemlerine \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda, topraklama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin 21.08.2001 tarih ve 24500 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Elektrik Tesislerinde Topraklamalar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri dikkate al\u0131narak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n tutulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. (Ek-1 \u0130\u015fyeri Bina Ve Eklentilerinde Uygulanacak Asgari Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u015eartlar\u0131)<br \/>Topraklama \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve Kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Gereken \u0130\u015fletmeler<br \/>Elektrik tesisat\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu her t\u00fcrl\u00fc alan, bina ve i\u015fletmelerde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ve kontrollerin yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/details><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\">\n<summary><strong>Pano ve \u0130\u015fletme Topraklamas\u0131 Periyodik Kontrol<\/strong><\/summary>\n\n<p>S\u00fcrekli olarak i\u015fletme alt\u0131nda olan elektrik panolar\u0131n\u0131n kesintisiz enerji sa\u011flamas\u0131 bunun i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011finin korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla periyodik kontrollerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<br \/>Periyodik olarak kontrol edilmeyen i\u015fletmelerdeki elektrik panolar\u0131 can ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi sorunlara yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Elektrik panolar\u0131nda al\u0131nacak \u00f6nlemlerle do\u011frudan ya da dolayl\u0131 dokunma gerilimlerinden dolay\u0131 olu\u015fabilecek elektrik \u00e7arpmalar\u0131n\u0131n, yang\u0131nlar\u0131n, elektrik kesintisinden dolay\u0131 olu\u015fabilecek i\u015f kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ak\u0131m ve gerilim nedeniyle meydana gelebilecek cihaz ve ekipman ar\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmektedir.<br \/>Elektrik pano kontrollerinde;<br \/>Pano g\u00f6vdesi fiziki ve mekanik kontroller<br \/>Kablo ve iletkenlerin kontrol\u00fc<br \/>Pano i\u00e7i elemanlar\u0131n kontrol\u00fc<br \/>Pano i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler<br \/>gibi gereken i\u015flemler yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>Elektrik Pano Kontrollerini Yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 Gereken \u0130\u015fletmeler<br \/>B\u00fcnyesinde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yada b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 elektrik panosu bulunduran b\u00fct\u00fcn yap\u0131lar periyodik olarak bu kontrolleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeleri gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/details><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" \/><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\">\n<summary><strong>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan Korunma Sistemi (Paratoner)<\/strong><\/summary>\n\n<p>Paratonerler, i\u015f yerlerinde y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan korunma tesisat\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Paratoner \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc periyodik kontrol\u00fc belirlenen zaman dilimlerinde yetkili ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Belirlenen zaman dilimi ise y\u0131lda en az 1 keredir. \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re, bu periyodik kontrolleri yapt\u0131rmak zorunludur. Paratonerlerin uygunlu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve mal g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<br \/>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan Korunma Sistemleri<br \/><strong>Franklin \u00c7ubu\u011fu:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu sistemde ama\u00e7, sivri u\u00e7 etkisi ile y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7ekmesidir. Koruma alan\u0131n\u0131n dar olmas\u0131 sebebiyle fazla tercih edilmez.<br \/><strong>Aktif Paratoner:<\/strong>\u00a0Bu sistemlerin kurulumu kolayd\u0131r ve etkin bir koruma sa\u011flar. Bu nedenle y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan korunma sistemleri aras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok tercih edilenlerdendir.<br \/><strong>Radyoaktif Paratoner:<\/strong>\u00a0Radyoaktif paratonerler, art\u0131k \u00fcretilmemektedir. Bunun nedeni de b\u00fcnyelerinde bulundurduklar\u0131 radyoaktif maddelerin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 radyasyon kirlili\u011fidir.<br \/><strong>Faraday Kafesi:<\/strong>\u00a03 k\u0131s\u0131mdan olu\u015fur: yakalama ucu, ini\u015f iletkeni ve topraklama sistemi. Bu sistem belirli aral\u0131klarla kurulmaktad\u0131r. Kurulum maliyeti y\u00fcksektir ama en etkin koruma sistemi olarak kabul edilmektedir.<br \/>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan Korunma Sistemi Denetimi ve Gereklilikleri<br \/>Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131mdan korunma sisteminin etkinli\u011finin kontrol edilmesi, g\u00fcvenilir olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131r halde tutulmas\u0131 ve tam olarak ilgili mevzuata uygunlu\u011funun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in belli periyotlarla yetkili elektrik m\u00fchendisleri taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve muayene edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu do\u011frultuda, elektrik tesisat\u0131n\u0131n periyodik kontrol\u00fc, i\u015flerin kesintiye u\u011framamas\u0131, \u00fcretim ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde elektrik i\u00e7 tesisat\u0131 ve tesisat b\u00fcnyesinde kullan\u0131lan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ekipman, bile\u015fen ve te\u00e7hizat\u0131n kontrol\u00fc belirli bir uzmanl\u0131k seviyesi gerektirmektedir.<br \/>Elektrik Tesisat\u0131 Periyodik Kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00d6nemi<br \/>T\u00fcm tesis ve i\u015fletmelerde elektrik i\u00e7 tesisat\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fc ve elektrik tesisat uygunluk belgesi, 25.04.2013 tarih ve 28628 say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131nlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u0130\u015f Ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u015eartlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>Elektrik tesisat\u0131n kontrol\u00fc, tehlike te\u015fkil edebilecek, sorunlu veya tesisin eksiklerinin tespiti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Bu sayede olas\u0131 i\u015f kay\u0131plar\u0131, kaza ve yang\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecektir.<br \/>Yap\u0131lacak olan tespitler ve gereken d\u00fczeltmelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucunda:<br \/>Can g\u00fcvenli\u011fi tesis edilecek, elektrik kazalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 yaralanma ve can kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecektir.<br \/>Tesisat\u0131n sorunlu ya da sorun \u00e7\u0131karabilecek noktalar\u0131 tespit edilerek raporlanacak ve elektrik tesisat\u0131ndan kaynaklanacak olan i\u015f kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilecektir. Periyodik kontrollerin yapt\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131, ticari faaliyetlerin olumsuz etkilenmesine neden olabilecek ar\u0131zalar, hizmet, \u00fcretim veya \u00fcretimin durmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak hammadde kayb\u0131 gibi sorunlara yol a\u00e7arak kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 zor olan maddi kay\u0131plar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecektir.<br \/>Elektrik tesisat
